School Event Decor & Equipment Hire in Zimbabwe

Prize giving and speech day ceremonies need a formal, well-organised setup. We supply:

— A stage or riser with steps and lectern — Theatre-style seating for students, parents and staff — A PA system with microphones and speakers — A backdrop or banner frame for branding — Tenting if the ceremony is held outdoors — Red carpet for the stage approach

We deliver and set up at schools across Harare and surrounding areas — and collect everything after the event.

School proms and formal dinners require a different style — round tables with linen, centrepieces, lighting, a dance floor and a photo backdrop. We provide the full setup:

— Round or rectangular tables with tablecloths, runners and napkins — Tiffany chairs or dressed banquet chairs — Fairy lights, uplighters and festoon lights — A photo backdrop (balloon arch, draping or custom design) — A dance floor — A DJ table and PA system

We work with school committees and parent groups to plan and deliver the setup.

Outdoor school events like fun days, sports days and science fairs need practical equipment — tents for shade, tables for stalls and displays, seating for spectators and a PA system for announcements. We supply peg-and-pole tents, gazebos, trestle tables, plastic chairs and sound equipment.
