Yes. Our crew delivers to the venue, sets everything up, and returns after the event to collect. You do not need to arrange transport or labour separately.

Yes. Our setup crew is available seven days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. Many weddings, church events and celebrations fall on weekends, and we schedule deliveries and setups to match your event timing.

Yes. We are an equipment and decor hire company, not a wedding planner. You can hire individual items or full setups without any obligation to use a planning service. Many clients manage their own event and simply hire the equipment they need from us.

We recommend at least two to four weeks for a standard event. High season weekends (September to December) fill quickly, so earlier is better. Last-minute requests are welcome — we do our best to accommodate them.

We cover Harare and surrounding areas — Borrowdale, Avondale, Mount Pleasant, Chitungwiza, Glen View and all suburbs — as standard. We also deliver to Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo, Kwekwe, Chinhoyi, Marondera, Victoria Falls and nationwide by arrangement.

Add items to your quote request on the website or WhatsApp us your list. We reply with an itemised written quote, usually the same day. You can also ask about deco packages for weddings, rooras and other events.

Day rates are quoted per item. Delivery, setup and collection are priced separately depending on the venue distance and scope of the installation. Your quote will show every line item so there are no surprises.

Costs depend on the tent size, type and number of chairs. As a rough guide, a peg-and-pole tent for 100 guests with plastic chairs can start from a few hundred USD, while a frame marquee with Tiffany chairs and full linen will be more. Request a quote with your guest count and event type for an accurate price.

Wedding costs in Zimbabwe vary widely depending on the guest count, venue, decor level and catering. A modest wedding for 100–150 guests with hired equipment can be done for a few thousand USD, while large, elaborately styled weddings with 300+ guests cost significantly more. Deco prices in Harare vary depending on the type of event, number of guests and items hired. A basic chair and table setup starts from a few hundred USD, while a full wedding reception with draping, centrepieces, lighting and styling will be more. Request a free quote with your specific requirements for an accurate price.

A deposit secures your date and reserves the stock. The exact amount is stated on your quote — it is typically a percentage of the total. The balance is due before the event. Once paid, your stock is held exclusively for your date.

We provide bank details for international wire transfers in USD. We also accept EcoCash (Zimbabwe mobile money) and local bank transfers. Initiate international transfers several business days before the deadline, as wires can take 2–5 days to clear. We confirm receipt and send you a record.

We accept bank transfer, mobile money (EcoCash) and cash. For diaspora clients we can provide bank details for international transfers.

Yes. Weddings are a large part of our work. We supply ceremony seating, draped receptions, head tables, dance floors, red carpet, bridal table decor, stage decor, lighting and more — and our team is on site to install and strike. We handle both white weddings and traditional wedding decor in Zimbabwe.

For 100 guests, order 110–115 chairs to allow for last-minute additions and the head table. If the ceremony and reception are in different areas, you may need separate seating for each. We help you calculate exact quantities when you request a quote.

For 150 seated guests at round tables, a 12m x 18m tent is the minimum. If you need a dance floor, stage or large buffet area, add 20–30 per cent more space — a 15m x 20m would give you comfortable room. We help you choose the right size during the quoting process.

If your event is under a tent or marquee, you are already covered. We can add side walls to enclose the tent and protect against wind and rain. For events during the rainy season (November to March), we recommend a fully enclosed frame marquee with guttering and a solid floor. Even in the dry season, it is wise to have side walls available as a precaution.

Zimbabwe has strong, warm sunlight — especially for outdoor daytime events. Colours that photograph well in our light include ivory, blush pink, dusty rose, sage green, gold, champagne and soft pastels. Bold colours like burgundy and navy also look striking. Avoid very pale yellows and light greys as they can wash out in direct sun. Your hire company or photographer can advise further based on your venue.

A good corporate event brief includes: the type of event (conference, dinner, launch), the date and venue, expected guest count, seating style (theatre, banquet, cocktail), any AV or staging needs, branding requirements, catering style (buffet, plated, cocktail), and your budget range.
