Graduation Decor & Equipment Hire in Zimbabwe

ECD (Early Childhood Development) graduations and grade 7 farewell ceremonies are important milestones. Schools need practical, affordable setups — seating for parents and children, a stage or riser for the ceremony, a backdrop for photos and balloon decor to mark the occasion.

We supply plastic chairs in quantity, a small stage with steps, a ceremony backdrop (draping or balloon arch), a PA system for speeches and music, and table settings for any refreshment area. We work with schools across Harare and surrounding areas.

Larger graduation ceremonies need more formal setups:

— Theatre-style seating for graduates and guests — A stage with lectern, risers and step access — Branded or themed backdrop for the ceremony — Balloon arches or columns flanking the stage — PA system with microphones and speakers — Red carpet for the processional — Catering equipment for post-ceremony refreshments

We work with schools, colleges and universities to deliver and set up on schedule, and collect everything after the event.

Celebrating at home or at a venue after the ceremony? We supply birthday-style decor adapted for graduations — themed backdrops, balloon garlands, table settings, fairy lights and cocktail tables. Popular for university graduation celebrations, medical school completions and professional milestones.
